Pink peonies

Pink peonies from a summer class session...with some
studio tweaking done later. Always fun to revisit paintings
in the limbo stage and try to finish or approach them in a new
way. I think we might be bolder with our colors or our intent
if we've decided the painting wasn't going to get out of the
paper drawer again. Today I am visiting with friends and
we are going outside to paint...the sun is shining and today
is supposed to be the pick of the week weather-wise.

That was a wonderful workshop with a super group. I am still enjoying my own painting of my peonies and remembering the day. I'm happy to see your painting finished. She's also pretty in PINK !

Just lovely! I think pink is hard in watercolors, but you are the master of it!
