Pristine Peonies

"Pristine Peonies" 15" x 15" at Shelburne Farms through October 19th.
The week of show showings is over...makes me realize
that my work is literally across the state...maybe it's time
to go across state lines and look at other galleries. Perhaps
in the spring, take a road trip and explore what other venues
are out there. We are being treated to beautiful fall weather
up here in Northern Vermont. The colors have been nice as
well. I didn't get out as much as I wanted to paint the scenery.
Maybe I'll brave winter's weather and try my hand at some
snowy scenes sometime these next few months. White flowers..
snow covered hills??? It's just leaving the white of the paper, right?

Annelein, I'm back from Pat Weaver's workshop in Landgrove, VT. I'm so happy to see the White Peonies and how beautiful they are. I'm in info overload from the workshop but ready to get down to painting at least a painting a week. That's good for me !!!!! Wish me luck. Also, happy to read that your Shelburne show is going great.
