stop thinking

A little landscape with water I did earlier this summer...this was after some frustrated attempts and then I decided to just throw caution to the wind and paint without thinking, since I was reusing the backside of the ruined piece...hey nothing to lose!

This is such a pretty painting - I love it! The colours are beautiful. and I love the mistiness in the distance. The water is so effective too! :0)

Very nice, Annelein. We all need these easy pieces once in a while. A little change up is good for the creativity. Enjoy your day!

This piece is perfect as a quilt. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful results! I think intuition is very important when painting, and the spontaneous brushwork here is perfect.
