Palette fun

...and following on the heels of my travel journal posts...I've been playing with some of the pictures I took in Mexico and translating them into paintings...These pics are really making me use all the colors in my palette and that's half the fun! (10"x14")

I'm loving the depth of your scene. Slow build up with layers?

This is so magical, Annelein. I've been just over the border into Mexico once when I lived in Tucson. The shops and colors are just like you've painted. I love all the colors and you've handled them beautifully!!
