I have a show coming up where I'll be the featured artist in a summer group show. It will be at Furchgott and Sourdiffe Gallery in Shelburne and will open on June 8th...I'll post times when I get those. I'll have some florals and roosters there...come on by to check it out! (this is "True colors" 7.5"x7.5")

Such a coincidence. I was just talking about you today as I showed my husband this magnificent poppy that flowered in our garden today. "That's the sort of poppy Annelein paints", I told him - and here it is on your blog today. I love your flower paintings. SO inspirational. Thank you.

The top poppy is the definite King Annelein. The painting is grandiose. It invites the viewer look closer to the Nature. I almost feel like a bee getting closer to the flower :0)
