"Follow the Sun" 22" x 30"For those of you on my (snail)mailing list..you should have
gotten a postcard with this image on it announcing all
my upcoming events. I haven't done a full-sized painting
in a while, so this was really fun to do. Break out the big
brushes...actually I did this painting with a size 12 round.

Fabulous sunflowers, Annelein! Remind me of the miles and miles of them I saw when I was in Italy a few years ago...sigh. Great shadows here, too!

I really like this one - very sunny feeling about it.
These last three are all wonderful as usual. The sunflowers beautiful, sunny and I love Charles Reids' work also.
Wonderful composition and painting! Sunflowers don't "do" all that much for me (too many of them here in Texas!!)... but yours are great.
