Trying out my new Fabriano block in 12"x16"..size is always an issue...we can get caught up in the standard quarter, half and full sheets...but it's nice to break out and work in squares, long rectangles etc.. it's great to see that the paper manufacturers are mixing it up a bit too...Arches has new block sizes and then those Fluid paper blocks I mentioned last week.

Paper sizes

What a fun portrait. I love it!
i've never had much luck with fabriano and always end up going back to arches... have you ever tried twinrocker? i was thinking of giving it a go.

Beautiful portrait! I'm curious which you like better too. For school I'll have to do some watercolor classes and know very little about them.
