Earlier this year I started a sketchbook that I keep on the kitchen table and while I cook dinner and inspiration strikes I spend about 10 or 15 minutes just capturing what's in the kitchen. what a great idea and discipline to carry it out -- my vows about keeping a journal keeps running into problems :( neat sketches

You truly don't lose any minute of your life Annelein! Super idea to keep painting even while cooking. I always admire the color of the veggies when they cook; but never had an idea to actually capture the moment. Thank you for inspiration. Irina
