Tangerine still life & Open Studio

An older still life...again from the archives. I now cram
more things into my set-ups and crowd the paper a bit
more, overlapping shapes and washes and working with
negative spaces. I like the simplicity of this and the color
scheme is pretty classic complementary orange/green.

I'll have new work, cards, prints etc...and we'll be painting on site.

Great colors and complements here. I love it--I do see the differences in your style then and now, but they're both great!

Such vibrancy and warmth! I love ALL your styles, but I do find it interesting to see from where you came....
