View from behind

One of my favorite efforts at the figure sessions. Something about the weight of the pose..her legs and torso really seem to be laying down...does that make sense? I sometimes paint a figure and it's slightly unbelievable that this body weighs in at about 150 pounds...here I think it worked....

I'd say it worked...splendidly. How long pose was this?

Thanks! This was a 20 minute pose. I always start to panic when our moderator announces "one minute left"...yikes!

It's wonderful! I'd say it definitely "worked." Lovely, soft palette here, too.

Great job! It would take me 20 minutes just to figure out where to start. I really admire you guys that paint "live" so well.

This is beautiful, Annelein. I am not normally a fan of nude figures but in some they are truly exquisite works of art. This is one such piece.
