This was a quick painting done during a Tom Lynch classhere in Vermont last year. I was trying for a wide stretch of
foreground and the more obvious building to play a smaller
role in the piece. It didn't get finished, but it was fun to mix all
the different greens of summer foliage.

It's a great piece. Greens are such a difficult issue for a lot of us. Getting just the right shade is an art.
